Most Blessington jobs are refits in the same layout: €4,400 to €8,800 for a refresh, €8,800 to €16,500 for the full job.

By bathroom

Bathroom	Typical cost	What moves the price
Refresh, same layout	€4,400 to €8,800	New suite and tiles. The toilet, basin and shower stay where they are.
Small bathroom, 2 to 4 m²	€4,500 to €7,500	How much is tiled, and whether the bath becomes a shower.
En-suite	€3,000 to €13,500	A redo in the same layout at the low end; a full retile with the plumbing moved at the top.
Main bathroom, a bath or a shower	€8,800 to €16,500	Every fixture that's added or moved pushes it up.
Main bathroom, a bath and a separate shower	€12,000 to €18,000	Two wet areas to tank and tile.
Bath out, walk-in shower in	€9,000 to €20,400	The waste where the bath was keeps it low; moving the plumbing takes it to the top.

Accessible bathroom, level-access shower	€5,000 to €10,000	Rails, a seat and the door width. Council grants can pay for most of it.
High-spec or a luxury wet room	€16,000 to €40,000+	A freestanding bath, premium brassware, underfloor heating, a raised floor.

Labour and materials together. Ask for the VAT to be shown separately: Wicklow's grants don't cover VAT, and on disability work it can be claimed back.
