An original bathroom in an older Bray house can hide lead or iron pipes, walls that are rarely straight and a timber floor that needs work, so the company should see it before pricing.

Main bathroom, a bath or a shower	€8,800 to €16,500	Every fixture that's added or moved pushes it up.
